FED Meeting International Meeting QFD2000 (The 4th International Workshop on Quantum Functional Devices), November 2000 This international workshop focused on applied quantum physics and electronic circuits relating to quantum functional devices. The workshop hosted Japanese researchers and overseas researchers working for major research institutes in Japan, Europe, and the United States. "Special Lectures for ordinary citizens by Inventors" was arranged, and Professor C. Kuwait at Stanford University gave a speech on AFM, followed by Professor Sumio Iijima who gave a speech on carbon nano tube technology. |
